Our agency fee is payable only upon the successful completion of a sale or the grant of a tenancy. However, any third-party costs incurred during our work on your behalf — such as survey fees, energy performance certificate charges, legal disbursements, advertising and marketing supplements, and professional consultancy fees — are payable by you regardless of whether a sale or let completes. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury arising from our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under English law.

Stage 3 — Independent Redress: If you remain dissatisfied, you may refer your complaint to The Property Ombudsman (TPO) or the Property Redress Scheme, of which we are a member. Details will be provided in our final response letter.
