Landlord's Fees

At Barroque, we pride ourselves on regularly reviewing our fee structure to ensure that our clients receive the highest quality service, at the most competitive prices. We aim to have an open & transparent relationship with our clients with no hidden charges.

Fees for Let & Rent Collection (Sole Agents)*
Our fees for introducing a tenant(s) is 8% of the gross annual rent for the term of the tenancy, due in advance on or before the commencement of the tenancy.

Fees for Let & Rent Collection (Joint/Multi Agency)*
Our fees for introducing tenant(s) is 10% of the gross annual rent for the term of the tenancy, due in advance on or before the commencement of the tenancy.

A holding deposit will be obtained whilst suitable references are carried out by an independent referencing company. Once we have been notified that the references have passed, we will obtain the remainder of the security deposit, as well as the first months’ rent.

We will then prepare the appropriate tenancy agreement for the term required, including a guarantor’s agreement if needed along with all other relevant paperwork. Once the tenant has moved in, we will send you a full completion statement of the balance of the monies.

Fees for Full Management*
12% of the gross annual rent for the term of the tenancy, due in advance on or before the commencement of the tenancy. 

*Our fee is collected monthly from rent for the duration of the tenants occupancy.
